FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2013 - Actress and singer Selena Gomez has had to cancel her upcoming concert dates in Asia and Australia.

Ms. Gomez has released the following statement:

My fans are so important to me and I would never want to disappoint them. But it has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be. To my fans, I sincerely apologize and I hope you guys know how much each and every one of you mean to me.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for ticket holders.

Please be advised refunds can be obtained at the point of purchase.

For Ticketholders who purchased using a credit or debit card over the telephone, website or mobile site, the refund will be processed and no action is required.

Due to the upcoming holidays refunds may not be completed for approximately three weeks.

Those who purchased tickets for Australia dates in person will be contacted by Ticketek Agency with further information. Ticket holders may also refer to www.ticketek.com.au
